The students will finish their study of the Holy Trinity. On Monday, the students will illustrate how Jesus is a model of respect in our lives. Throughout the week the students will identify characteristics of the Holy Spirit. On Friday, the students will learn about the Fruits of the Spirit and how they are present in our own lives.
Unit 6 begins. This week the students will learn how to add three addends, as well as solve comparison number stories. The majority of the week will be spent reviewing problem-solving strategies and number models. Please look for a new family letter and home links.

Being a WriterThe students will listen to the book Kate & Pippin: An Unlikely Love Story. This is a fascinating book about a deer and fawn who befriend one another. The students will use this non-fiction text to guide their development of writing questions and facts about true information.
